The apartment itself was impressive - spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated with stylish, contemporary furniture that made it feel like a high-end home rather than just another rental. What I particularly appreciated was how well-equipped everything was. The kitchen had everything I needed - microwave, fridge, stovetop - The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had peaceful nights despite being in the city The location in Straßgang is quite convenient too. It's quiet and residential, but you're still close to shops and restaurants, and getting to the city center or the airport is straightforward. I found the self-check-in system worked smoothly - they sent me the access codes in advance, which made arrival hassle-free. I did run into one annoying issue. When I tried to use the stove, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the kitchen hood, and within minutes the smoke detector was going off. I tried calling the property management but couldn't reach anyone, so I ended up having to open all the windows and doors to clear the air. It was frustrating, especially since it seemed like such a simple thing that could have been avoided with clearer instructions or a quick response from staff. Despite that hiccup, I'd still recommend this place. The cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfortable setup really stood out. Just maybe ask about the kitchen equipment when you arrive to save yourself the smoke alarm drama I went through

Location is great, near to highway, on the outskirts of the city - good as a stop on a journey. Building is new, mostly used for businesses and offices. Appartment is nice and cozy, in modern style, very clean. It was peaceful and quiet. Windows have outside and inside shades and there is AC as well. Small kitchen corner allows for some meal preparation. We satisfied and the communication with the owner was great. Contactless entry gives freedom.

the apartments are even better than in the photo. I note that it is very neat, clean, and has a pleasant smell of cleanliness. everything you need is a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pots, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric stove, a dishwasher, an iron, a metal dryer, a hair dryer, a lot of storage space, a safe, a TV. the view from the apartment is superb. all the necessary shops and cafes are within walking distance. Nice to have tea bags and coffee capsules left, there were also washing up tablets in the dishwasher. from the road but very quiet and peaceful at night

We stay 2nd time on our way in Graz. Facility is well located, clean and offers well maintaned rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine with capsules available. Very friendly & responsive manager. In nearest surroundings some places to eat and within 400m Mcdonalds available.

We really enjoyed spending a night at PM. The apartment was excellent, spacious, modern, equipped with everything you need and close to the highway. The furniture and kitchen equipment are new, and the interior decorations are done with great taste and elegance. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and has a laptop socket. We communicated very well with the owners, who provided us with all the details of access to the apartment. There are parking lots around the building, with the condition to put in the car, in plain view, a paper pin (we found it on the table in the apartment). We were sorry we stayed only one night. We highly recommend this location.
